Advising Back

Students are welcome to schedule appointments with the faculty for academic advising, career related guidance, and/or personal guidance and support if necessary. Students in the GIAD program are required to be in an active process of spiritual formation, direction, and discernment with their assigned advisor, but all students should feel welcome to schedule appointments with a faculty mentor if they feel the need. In some cases, when serious socio-psychological issues or signs of personal trauma become manifest, the faculty mentor may make a professional referral, with the student’s permission.
