Associate Of Arts (AA)
Goals of the program
The IUM AA Program is a two-year diploma program designed to help students acquire some essential Islamic knowledge of Islam.
- Equip students with all essential aspects of Islamic knowledge.
- Arm students with tools and methods of practicing Islamic knowledge in their day-to-day lives.
- Train students to effectively help themselves with questions and issues that require serious answers and solutions compliant with fundamentals of Islam.
- Train students on using strictly authentic sources of knowledge.
- AA degree must earn a total of 60 credit hours. It covers the major areas in Islamic religion including Quran and its Sciences, Prophetic Sayings and Practice, Islamic Creed, Islamic Ethics, and Comparative Religion.
- IUM’s AA in Islamic Studies program fees are $100 per course for people living in the US, Canada, Europe & South America.
- Students residing in developing nations will be accorded greater leverage in the availability of scholarships or discounts making independent study more affordable for them. Look in the scholarship section.
